Each stylist at The Refinery sets their own cancellation policy. As a general guideline, most stylists require at least 24-48 hours' notice for any cancellation or schedule change.
Late cancellations, rescheduling, or missed appointments may incur a fee based on your stylist's specific policy. Please refer to your stylist's profile page for their exact terms.
Payment Authorization
A valid payment method is required to secure your booking. By providing your card information, you authorize The Refinery Hair Lounge to charge the applicable fee if the cancellation policy above applies.Outstanding Balances
Any unpaid fees will remain on your account and must be settled before booking future appointments.Individual Stylist Policies

Photo Release
We may photograph your finished look for our social media and website. These photos help showcase our stylists' work and inspire future clients.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please let your stylist know at the beginning of your appointment.
