Cancellation Policy
To ensure consistency and structure for our stylists, our salon does have a very strict cancellation fee. Any client no-show, cancellation, or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a charge of a minimum 50% of the scheduled appointment booked.
To ensure this we do require a card on file to book an appointment. Each stylist reserves the right to their own policies in addition to the salon, so please look over your specific stylists policies. If for some reason the card on file is not successfully charged, a balance will remain on file and no future appointments will be made until this balance is paid. Any client refusing to abide by these conditions will not be able to book future appointments with our salon. Please understand these terms allow us to run our salon business sustainably.
